Psalms 22

2. My God, my God, why have You forsaken me? [You are] far from my salvation [and] from the words of my moaning. ב.
3. My God, I call out by day and You do not reply, and at night I do not keep silent. ג.

7. But I am a worm and not a man; a reproach of man, despised by peoples. ז.
8. All who see me will mock me; they will open their lips, they will shake their head. ח.
9. One should cast his trust upon the Lord, and He will rescue him; He will save him because He delights in him. ט.
10. For You drew me from the womb; You made me secure on my mother's breasts. י.
11. Upon You, I was cast from birth; from my mother's womb You are my God.
12. Do not distance Yourself from me, for distress is near; for there is none to help.
13. Great bulls have surrounded me; the mighty ones of Bashan encompassed me.
14. They opened their mouth against me [like] a tearing, roaring lion.
15. I was spilled like water, and all my bones were separated; my heart was like wax, melting within my innards.
16. My strength became dried out like a potsherd, and my tongue cleaves to my palate; and You set me down in the dust of death.
17. For dogs have surrounded me; a band of evildoers has encompassed me, like a lion, my hands and feet.
18. I tell about all my bones. They look and gloat over me.
19. They share my garments among themselves and cast lots for my raiment.
20. But You, O Lord, do not distance Yourself; my strength, hasten to my assistance. כ.

24. You who fear the Lord, praise Him; all the seed of Jacob, honor Him, and fear Him, all the seed of Israel.

YOU ARE AN OVERCOMER BECAUSE OF; YOM KIPPUR ATONEMENT

*Translate into your own language by clicking the icon to the right of the screen.*

This Yom Kippur season is upon us and I have heard people speak of names being blotted out of the Lamb`s book of Life/the Book of Life.  We should not add things to the scripture that it does NOT say.  In Revelations it speaks of Yeshua NEVER blotting someone`s name out of the Book, who overcomes.  The over comer is often thought of someone who is working hard at something.  But I am telling you today; Yeshua was the ONE who Overcame on our behalf, with His atoning death on the tree.  This person who overcomes is the person who believes and puts their hope, faith, trust and love in Yeshua.  Read the passages below for yourself.

Who is the OVER COMER?
Rev 3:5 He who overcomes will, like them, be dressed in white. I will never blot out his name from the book of life , but will acknowledge his name before my Father and his angels.

It is NOT of your own works!
1 John 5:5 Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.

NO ONE AND NOTHING (INCLUDING THE ENEMY) CAN TAKE YOU OUT OF GOD`S ALMIGHTY HAND!  If you really think that something or some sin can separate you from God`s love then, it is very possible that in your mind you have made Yeshua out to be a mere man like yourself.
John 10 says,
27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. 28 I give them eternal life(means being written in the Book of Life), and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. 30 I and the Father are one.”  No one can snatch you out of the hand of the Father or of Yeshua`s Almighty hand.  Do not doubt it only believe!

Romans 8
31 What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God (the Father) is for us, who can ever be against us? 32 Since he did not spare even his own Son, but gave him up for us all, won’t he also give us everything else? 33 Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for his own? No one—for God (the Father) himself has given us right standing with himself. 34 Who then will condemn us? No one—for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and he is sitting in the place of honor at God’s right hand, pleading for us.
35 Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? 36 (As the Scriptures say, “For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.” 37 No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.
38 And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. 39 No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.

We should not add things to the scripture; but we should also NOT subtract or take away. If we add things to the scripture G-d will give us all the plagues that are in the Bible, plus some. On the other hand, if we substract or take away things to the scriptures, G-d will blot us out of the Book of Life. Amen
