Psalms 22

2. My God, my God, why have You forsaken me? [You are] far from my salvation [and] from the words of my moaning. ב.
3. My God, I call out by day and You do not reply, and at night I do not keep silent. ג.

7. But I am a worm and not a man; a reproach of man, despised by peoples. ז.
8. All who see me will mock me; they will open their lips, they will shake their head. ח.
9. One should cast his trust upon the Lord, and He will rescue him; He will save him because He delights in him. ט.
10. For You drew me from the womb; You made me secure on my mother's breasts. י.
11. Upon You, I was cast from birth; from my mother's womb You are my God.
12. Do not distance Yourself from me, for distress is near; for there is none to help.
13. Great bulls have surrounded me; the mighty ones of Bashan encompassed me.
14. They opened their mouth against me [like] a tearing, roaring lion.
15. I was spilled like water, and all my bones were separated; my heart was like wax, melting within my innards.
16. My strength became dried out like a potsherd, and my tongue cleaves to my palate; and You set me down in the dust of death.
17. For dogs have surrounded me; a band of evildoers has encompassed me, like a lion, my hands and feet.
18. I tell about all my bones. They look and gloat over me.
19. They share my garments among themselves and cast lots for my raiment.
20. But You, O Lord, do not distance Yourself; my strength, hasten to my assistance. כ.
23. I will tell Your name to my brothers; in the midst of the congregation I will praise You.
24. You who fear the Lord, praise Him; all the seed of Jacob, honor Him, and fear Him, all the seed of Israel.

The Free Gift of the Passover Lamb

Do we make up a formula on our own strength or see something that worked for someone and say; "This is how it is?" This is religion.  It is me telling someone that this is what works apart from God.
You can`t make a new cart and place the presence of God on the cart and carry it where you want to take it.  The Presence is carried within every believer. It resides within every one of us, convicting and maturing us at every turn. King David in the Bible made a new cart for the Presence of God, then He tried to bring the Ark up to Jerusalem.  Uzzah (which means human strength),  was operating in His own strength, he reached out to steady the ark of the covenant, touching the Ark, Uzzah dies.  God wanted them to know it was not the strength of man that protected His Presence. Adonai(God), is all-powerful and does not need our help, He wants us to serve him.  Thus, in doing so we proclaim His Name for his Glory and not our own glory.  There is never a time when we are without sin as long as we live, till we will reach glory.  Don`t be depressed when I say that.  God has provided the Passover Lamb.  The perfect Lamb without spot or blemish.  His only Son.  We just have to apply the Blood to the doorpost of our hearts, just as the Israelites had to paint the blood of the Lamb on the doorposts of their houses, we symbolically ask for the blood of the slain Lamb (Yeshua) to be placed on the door-posts of our hearts.  The angel of death will pass over us and we will live eternally.  The awesome thing is that this blood was ALWAYS for anyone who believed. In Egypt, if an Egyptian placed the blood on their doorposts that night-there was no death in that house.  The same is today, whether we are Jew or Gentile the same Blood of the Lamb applies for all mankind.  If you are Jewish, you can read the predicted crucifixion of the Jewish Messiah in Psalms 22.  Yes, the crucifixion story Is in the Jewish Scriptures.  It is a story of the father giving His only Son to redeem the the human race.  Just as He brought the Israelites out of Egypt with an OUTSTRETCHED arm and signs and wonders; Yeshua performed signs and wonders when He came and with outstretched arms He gave His life freely for us that the angel of death would pass us by.   The Passover lamb was to be roasted whole-not a bone in the body was to be broken.  The same way Yeshua died, before the soldiers could brake His legs He died(not a bone in His body was broken).   As He was breathing His last breath-He spoke "It is finished" the sacrifice was completed.  These are the exact words according to history that the High Priest said when the offering was completed.  Nothing happens by chance, every little detail happened according to what God had laid out for the Jewish people.  Yeshua was even placed on the cross the time of the morning sacrifice and died at the time of the evening sacrifice.  See, there were always 2 sacrifices every day that were offered.  Yeshua had to fulfill both of them.  He died exactly when the High Priest was offering that Passover Lamb.  God was trying to get the message to us.  It was His will that Yeshua die.  It was the plan from the foundation of the world.  He is the Bridge that takes us over the chasm that sin causes to again be in right standing with our Father, Adonai.
Today the important question is;
Is the Blood of the Lamb covering your heart?  All we need to do is ask and Yeshua (Jesus) removes all sin, guilt and pain.  I ask you today to give Him your heart, your pain, your hurt, whatever has been done to you, hand it over to your Dad, He loves you with an ever-lasting love.
Do you believe Him?
He offers this free gift for ALL, none of us are without sin and we all are in need of a Savior.
He is our Savior, let Him in, He will/has already done the perfect work, sacrificing HIS LIFE for YOUR LIFE.
Blessings in Yeshua.
