Psalms 22

2. My God, my God, why have You forsaken me? [You are] far from my salvation [and] from the words of my moaning. ב.
3. My God, I call out by day and You do not reply, and at night I do not keep silent. ג.

7. But I am a worm and not a man; a reproach of man, despised by peoples. ז.
8. All who see me will mock me; they will open their lips, they will shake their head. ח.
9. One should cast his trust upon the Lord, and He will rescue him; He will save him because He delights in him. ט.
10. For You drew me from the womb; You made me secure on my mother's breasts. י.
11. Upon You, I was cast from birth; from my mother's womb You are my God.
12. Do not distance Yourself from me, for distress is near; for there is none to help.
13. Great bulls have surrounded me; the mighty ones of Bashan encompassed me.
14. They opened their mouth against me [like] a tearing, roaring lion.
15. I was spilled like water, and all my bones were separated; my heart was like wax, melting within my innards.
16. My strength became dried out like a potsherd, and my tongue cleaves to my palate; and You set me down in the dust of death.
17. For dogs have surrounded me; a band of evildoers has encompassed me, like a lion, my hands and feet.
18. I tell about all my bones. They look and gloat over me.
19. They share my garments among themselves and cast lots for my raiment.
20. But You, O Lord, do not distance Yourself; my strength, hasten to my assistance. כ.
23. I will tell Your name to my brothers; in the midst of the congregation I will praise You.
24. You who fear the Lord, praise Him; all the seed of Jacob, honor Him, and fear Him, all the seed of Israel.

TRUST OUR HEAVENLY FATHER

*Translate into your own language by clicking the icon to the right of the screen.*
At this time in my life, I have to say that I have had to cling to the Lord,  when I have no understanding of what is going on.  But one thing I know, I must trust that the God who gave me life will bring to fruition the PROMISES that He has promised.  His Word is true and He does not lie to us.  He IS faithful, He promised.
In Isaiah He says to us;

41:10 Don’t be afraid, for I am with you!

Don’t be frightened, for I am your God!

I strengthen you –

yes, I help you –

yes, I uphold you with my saving right hand!

 What is it in your life that you do NOT understand?  Do you blame God?  Or do you trust that some things are not for us to understand-or we would be god.  This is part of the trust relationship with our heavenly Father.  Like a parent to a child, it is not always evident to the child why a parent has made a decision.  The parent has made a good decision but the child does not see it.  The child can trust the parent and submit to the decision made or they can get angry at the parent.  The Lord is our shepherd and He wants to lead us and many times He will carry us in His arms.  In Isaiah it says;
 40:11 Like a shepherd he tends his flock;

he gathers up the lambs with his arm;

he carries them close to his heart;

he leads the ewes along.

So today, trust the one who made you, who formed you in your Mother`s womb.  He will not grow weary or tired of you talking to Him, ever. He has a plan and a purpose for your life.  Trust Him and He will complete what He has started in you.  His wisdom far outshines yours and mine.  He is so gracious and merciful and filled with compassion toward us.  Trust Him today.

RECALLED OR CALLED?

*Translate into your own language by clicking the icon to the right of the screen.*

I was reading this wonderful passage again and am reminded that Adonai has promised there WILL be survivors.  They WILL be those whom He has called.
Joel 3
 “After this, I will pour out
my Spirit on all humanity.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy,
your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions;
2 and also on male and female slaves
in those days I will pour out my Spirit.
3 I will show wonders in the sky and on earth —
blood, fire and columns of smoke.
The sun will be turned into darkness
and the moon into blood
before the coming of the great
and terrible Day of Adonai.”
5 At that time, whoever calls
on the name of Adonai will be saved.
For in Mount Tziyon and Yerushalayim
there will be those who escape,
as Adonai has promised;
among the survivors will be those
whom Adonai has called.

Do you doubt whether God has called you?  It is something we all will question from time to time.  God says that the gifts and callings He has placed within us are NOT and WILL NEVER be recalled.
Do you know what happens when an item like a toy or a car is recalled?  You take it back to the manufacturer or maker and the Maker fixes it or replaces it.  The Word says that is not so with spiritual gifts.
When God decided to send your spirit to this earth, He had a specific plan.  Do you know His plan?  Do you know what He has gifted and talented you to do?  His PLAN and CALLING on your life Will Never Be recalled by Him. You can tell Him you do not want to do the thing He has called you to do, but that thing will never go away.  It will always be there and you will be reminded of it from time to time.
So today I ask you, what is your purpose in this life, on this earth?  Is your purpose presently focused on you or on others?  Is is about the Kingdom of Heaven?  Remember, this earth is not our home, we are just passing through.  Live this day as though it is on purpose.  You can start today.  Your life is VERY significant to God!

HE KNEW YOU BEFORE YOU WERE BORN

*Do you want to read this blog in your own language?  Click the TRANSLATE icon on the right of the screen.*

Do you ever wonder weather you are important to the Lord and weather your life was planned by the Lord to accomplish a specific purpose on the earth?  The answer is YES!  Here is the scripture that gives you that confirmation. The Lord knew you before you were born and set you apart.  Do not allow the peer pressure of those around you to overpower you.  Listen to what God`s vision and God`s plan is for your life.  If you ask him He will answer you.

 Jeremiah 1
The word of the Lord came to me, saying,
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
    before you were born I set you apart;
    I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”
“Alas, Sovereign Lord,” I said, “I do not know how to speak; I am too young.”
But the Lord said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am too young.’ You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you. Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you,” declares the Lord.
Then the Lord reached out his hand and touched my mouth and said to me, “I have put my words in your mouth. 10 See, today I appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant.”
