Redirecting GrapeVines

Yesterday while watering my grapevines, I realized that the vines were grabbing where I did not want them to grow.  So, I sprayed them with water till they released their hold and I could move the vines without breaking them.  Water causes the vine to let go without trauma to the plant.  I then wrapped them, by hand, around the ropes, to climb the way I wanted them to go. 


Holy Spirit spoke to my heart and said to me;  the LOVE you pour over others lives is like water.  The more LOVE you pour onto someone the more pliable they will become.  Our lives can then be reshaped and redirected in the way we need to go to produce fruit.  It is amazing what LOVE can accomplish.


Yeshua said,  "Love one-another as I have loved you"--- this is the ONE who laid down His life so we could have life.
FAITH, HOPE,  LOVE
The greatest of these is LOVE.
The person that is hard to LOVE or you have an issue with, is the one that is there to help bring the fruit of Spirit out of you.  I like to call  these people EXTRA GRACE REQUIRED people, (EGR people).
Dear Lord, today may I LOVE the way that you LOVE.  Teach me how to be more loving, especially to the people who do not LOVE me back.  May I be known because of the way that I LOVE.

Perfect peace and confidence

Are you troubled by the things going on in the world?  Jesus said, there will disasters, signs in the heaven (sun, moon and stars), wars and rumors of wars, nations will rise against nations, but, the end is not yet.  So where is your peace and confidence today? You are and will not ever be ALONE.  You will never be forsaken.  Don`t loose heart.  The race was never for the swift and the strong, but it is for the one who PERSEVERES in life.  James says, that the trials in our life work patience and when patience has finished its work in us we will be Perfect, Entire, and Wanting Nothing.  Are you in a want mode today or are you abiding in that peace and confidence that only Jesus can give?
 
John 16 says
31Jesus answered them, Do you now believe? [Do you believe it at last?]
    32But take notice, the hour is coming, and it has arrived, when you will all be dispersed and scattered, every man to his own home, leaving Me alone. Yet I am not alone, because the Father is with Me.
    33I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]

Praying for Others

Today is the day to stand in the gap by praying for your family and friends, even those you do not know.  You do not have to know them to pray for them.  I urge you to pray several minutes every day in the Spirit.  It will transform your life and the lives of those around you.

Romans 8

²⁶So too the [Holy] Spirit comes to our aid and bears us up in our weakness; for we do not know what prayer to offer nor how to offer it worthily as we ought, but the Spirit Himself goes to meet our supplication and pleads in our behalf with unspeakable yearnings and groanings too deep for utterance.    ²⁷And He Who searches the hearts of men knows what is in the mind of the [Holy] Spirit [what His intent is], because the Spirit intercedes and pleads [before God] in behalf of the saints according to and in harmony with God's will.

 

Job 22:30 speaks praying others when our hearts are clean.

³⁰He will even deliver the one [for whom you intercede] who is not innocent; yes, he will be delivered through the cleanness of your hands.
Also, if you know the story of Job; he got back what he had lost AFTER he prayed for his friends who wronged him.


Deliver (malat/maw-lat') in Hebrew means to escape, preserve, or slip away from.  Like a mother giving birth the baby is delivered or slips out of the Mom.  Sounds so easy-NOT!

 

 

 

United to Holy Spirit

The question today is?
Am I UNITED to Holy Spirit today?  Yeshua said, “Abide in me and I will abide in you.” If we remain in Him, we will produce much fruit in our lives.  Apart from Him we can do nothing.  This is a daily question, it is not just something you can put on a shelf for a while.  It is the burning question that if pushed aside, our life and others lives will be lost.
Yeshua says;
If you live in Me [abide vitally united to Me] and My words remain in you and continue to live in your hearts, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you. The word vital means you cannot live without.
This is a PROMISE.
John 16:27 For the Father Himself [tenderly] loves you because you have loved Me and have believed that I came out from the Father. 33 I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]
The counselor is the Holy Spirit (the exact representation of who Yeshua is. He will teach us and will remind us of who He is and what He has said. We need to be so wrapped/twisted to Holy Spirit that there is no separating ever from Holy Spirit. 
Isaiah 40 says, 31But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired.
The word WAIT in Hebrew means - to be bound to or wrapped or twisted around the Lord. 
A cord of 3 strands is not easily broken.
Today, dear daughters of the King, our lives need to be bound, twisted and wrapped around the Holy Spirit like a grape vine wraps itself around a trellis?
Lord, today connect and bind me so tightly to you  that all others see is your love shining through me. Amen.

The Pearl of Great Price

Yeshua tells us a parable of the woman who had 10 pieces of silver and lost one.   Here is the passage;


Luke 15 says
⁸Or what woman, having ten [silver] drachmas [each one equal to a day's wages], if she loses one coin, does not light a lamp and sweep the house and look carefully and diligently until she finds it?
    ⁹And when she has found it, she summons her [women] friends and neighbors, saying, Rejoice with me, for I have found the silver coin which I had lost.
    ¹⁰Even so, I tell you, there is joy among and in the presence of the angels of God over one [^[e]especially] wicked person who repents (^[f]changes his mind for the better, heartily amending his ways, with abhorrence of his past sins).


This is a woman who lost a silver piece from her dowry.  A woman`s dowry was the price that was paid by the groom at the time of marriage.  The groom would always pay a price for his bride.  It was something that ensured the bride`s family, she would be taken care of.  In the same way Yeshua paid the price for human-kind and we are a type of His Bride in the spiritual sense.  Yeshua`s blood (the price of His life) is what gives us protection in our life today.  You are that pearl of great price.  If a Bride lost part of her dowry she could be divorced or give up her ability to marry.   

Today, applying the blood to our hearts daily by prayer, we have the same protection.  The blood is what covers us like a garment.   Again, we are that pearl of great price that Yeshua died for.
             
Lord, Thank you that I am that Pearl of Great Price that you died for.  I ask you to cover my heart/life with your blood.  Amen.

The Illuminating Flame of God

So after turning aside, Moses stood before the burning bush.  It was then that the Lord called out to Moses. 

Exodus 3:4
And when the Lord saw that he turned aside to see, God called to him out of the midst of the bush and said, Moses, Moses! And he said, Here am I.
    ⁵God said, Do not come near; put your shoes off your feet, for the place on which you stand is holy ground.

The burning bush is similar to the menorah, the lamp-stand in the inner court of the Tabernacle.
The inner court is symbolic to your mind.  It is in the inner court of the Tabernacle that the Lamp-stand or Lamp of illumination and the Bread of the Presence or Face Bread was.  This area was a covered over area, like the human mind,  but it is not the Holy of holies.  The human mind is a covered over place that the outside world cannot see inside.  But this also is the place that can be illuminated and renewed by the Flame, Fire, or Lamp-stand of God and His Lechem, (in Hebrew, bread), or Bread of the Presence. 
In Romans 12 it says our minds need to be renewed.  Our hearts or spirit may long for the things of the Lord - to understand - to know who He is.  But our spiritual mind must be changed.  This happens by spending time alone with the Lord.
So today, let your mind be changed by spending time in the Bread or Word that will feed you spiritually.  
 Allow the flame or fire of Holy Spirit to penetrate your mind and heart.  God has a way of bringing to light things that we did not know were inside us.
The key is to humbly surrender, whatever Abba shows you, to Him.  Let Him take it and let Him renew your mind today.
It is so simple, it is our pride that makes it hard to surrender.

Lord, today I surrender my hopes and my dreams to you and to your timing for my life.  I know that your plans and purposes for me are perfect.  Not my will but your will be done.  Ignite your Flame inside of me today and change my mind and thoughts to accomplish and establish your kingdom inside of me. Yeshua said, "the kingdom of heaven is within you" and fear not, for it is the Father`s good pleasure to give you the Kingdom.

Be blessed today knowing that YOUR GREATEST JOY WILL COME WHEN YOU TRULY SURRENDER.

Turning Aside

In Exodus 3 Moses saw something strange, he turned aside to look at the strange sight, when Moses drew close to His Presence(the strange sight), THEN God spoke to Moses.
Here is the story;
 1NOW MOSES kept the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian; and he led the flock to the back or west side of the wilderness and came to Horeb or Sinai, the mountain of God.
    2The Angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush; and he looked, and behold, the bush burned with fire, yet was not consumed.
    3And Moses said, I will now turn aside and see this great sight, why the bush is not burned.
    4And when the Lord saw that he turned aside to see, God called to him out of the midst of the bush and said, Moses, Moses! And he said, Here am I.

Of course the story continues, but the point is clear.  We must do something on our part like draw near to God and God will draw near to us.  God was calling Moses to lead the Israelites which may seem like a Great and Wonderful job.  We all have a similar Great and Wonderful calling from God on each of our lives.  I believe God considers it just as important as when He called Moses to lead the Israelites from suffering.  You are called to lead your family, friends, neighbors, or anyone you come in contact, by example, in love, to the same spiritual freedom that Moses physically brought to his people Israel.


Lord Yeshua,  may the Light of your Presence Fill me today so I can shine Your brightness everywhere I go.  May I turn aside to see what opportunities you have given me so that I may serve you more.  May I turn aside so I can hear your voice.  Amen.
